Chicken and Biscuits

6-8 boneless thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Biscuits (I make Buttermilk biscuits from scratch, but you can use canned)
Recipe
Cook chicken partially in oven to seal in juices. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with pam and place chicken thighs in pan. Stir together both soups with 2/3 soup can of water. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for l hr. at 350 degrees. Uncover and place biscuits on top. Bake until biscuits are browned.
This can also be made with boneless breasts, if desired. For more gravy add another can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup.
