2 lg. chopped onions
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 TBL. paprika
1 pound keilbasa, sliced
5 good-sized potatoes, peeled & cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. marjoram
1-1/4 cups waterRecipe
In pot, saute onions in butter. Remove from heat; stir in paprika. Return to heat & stir in sausage & saute til browned. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer, covered, til potatoes are tender (1/2 hr.?); stirring occasionally. Remove cover & cook few minuites more til sauce thickens.
