    • 1 head roasted garlic
    • 1/4 c butter, softened
    • 6 tsp parsley, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Squeeze garlic pulp out of cloves into a small mixing bowl.

    2. Mix in the butter, parsley and salt.
