Cheese Ball (with pineapple)
List of Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
1 can (8-1/2 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups chopped pecans
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
Recipe
Soften cream cheese. Stir in pineapple, one cup of the nuts, green pepper, onion and seasoning salt. Chill. Form into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Allow to mellow in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
