    Cottage Cheese-Dill Dip

    List of Ingredients

    Serve this in a bell pepper shell for an attractive serving bowl.

    1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons sliced green onion
    2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon dried dillweed
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Dash garlic powder

    Recipe

    In blender container or food processor bowl place the cottage cheese, green onion, snipped parsley, dillweed, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Serve with an assortment of sliced raw vegetables or crackers. Makes 8 (2-tablespoon) servings.

    Chill up to 24 hours
