Apple Butter Bars
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups apple butter
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in butter. Press half of mixture into a greased 13x9 inch pan; top with apple butter. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture, and press gently with back of a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen.
