Apple Pizza
List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can refrigerator biscuits or unrolled crescent rolls
2 large apples, peeled, cored, and grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
After grating the apples sprinkle the lemon juice over them and mix so the apples won't turn brown. Measure the flour, sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl. Mix well. Press or roll biscuits into flat circles and place on a lightly greased pizza pan. Sprinkle grated apples on biscuits or crescent rolls, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Spoon on brown sugar mixture and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
