Breakfast Pizza
List of Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
6 eggs beaten
1-15 ounce can hash or 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-12 inch baked pizza shell
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small skillet, melt butter. Add eggs. Cook and stir till soft scrambled. In large skillet, cook hash till crisp. Place pizza shell on baking pan. Spoon eggs over pizza shell. Top with hash or bacon and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or till cheese is melted and slightly bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
