Fruited Granola
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup coarsely chopped raw peanuts
1 cup grape nuts cereal
1 cup snipped mixed dried fruit
1/4 cup packed brown sugarRecipe
Combine oats, peanuts and grape nuts. Spread into a 15x10x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring once. Stir in dried fruit and brown sugar. Store in tightly covered container. Serve with milk or eat as a snack. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
