    PUFFY FRENCH TOAST STICKS

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    white Texas Toast
    salad oil
    powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and eggs. Beat well. Cut bread in thirds. Dip in batter and fryin 1/2 inch of oil until light brown on both sides. Drain andkeep warm in oven. Serve hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar right before serving.
