SUPPER EGGS
List of Ingredients
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
1 teas prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
6 eggs, slightly beatenRecipe
Sprinkle cheese in 9 x 9 greased pan. Dot cheese with butter. Mix cream, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour half over cheese. Pour eggs over top, then the remaining cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately. 6 servings
