    Bake Sale Lemon Bars

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups flour
    2/3 cup powdered sugar
    3/4 cup butter or margarine softened
    3 eggs lightly beaten
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    additional powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Combine flour, sugar and butter; pat into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in bowl whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice till frothy; pour over the hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till light golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares. makes 3-4 dozen
