    CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER BARS

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter. Remove from heat, add sugar and flour. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Spread into a greased 13in x 9in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-32 minutes or until lightly browned and edges start pulling away from sides of pan. Yield:2 dozen.
