    Chris' Mint Squares

    List of Ingredients




    Base:
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup flour
    1-16 ounce can Hershey's chocolate Syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Mint Filling:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    3 tablespoons green cream de mint
    1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    1/2 cup melted margarine or butter

    Recipe



    Base:
    Mix all ingredients together and spread into a greased 10x16x1 inch pan . Bake 20 minutes on 350 degrees and then cool completely.

    Mint Filling:
    Mix all ingredients together and spread on first layer.

    Topping:
    Melt 12 ounces chocolate chips and 3/4 cup margarine or butter in double boiler. Spread on top. Let set at room temperature to harden. Cut in small 1 inch squares. Refrigerate or freeze.
