BEEF STROGANOFF (electric skillet)
List of Ingredients
1 pound round steak, cut in 1-inch squares
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 can Campbell's beef consomme soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 small can tomato sauce
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
3 cup water
1 large package wide egg noodles
1 large container sour creamRecipe
In an electric skillet set at 350 degrees, melt the butter.Roll round steak cubes in flour. Brown meat, salt and pepperto taste. Add mushrooms. Add soup, tomato sauce,Worcestershire sauce and water. Bring to boil. Add noodles.Stir occasionally. Cook until noodles are done and the liquid is almost gone. Turn off electric skillet. Fold in sourcream.
