CASSEROLE (ELECTRIC SKILLET)
List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large potato, sliced
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (11 oz.)
6 slices process American cheeseRecipe
Pat 3/4 of beef in bottom of cold electric skillet.Layer vegetables over meat. Then crumble meat over vegetables.Pour soup over meat and vegetables, spreading to edges of skillet. Top with cheese. Cook over medium-low heat at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture is bubbly. Serves 4 or 6.
