Ronald Reagan's Corned Beef Hash ....
List of Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 can corned beef
salt and pepper, to taste
1 bell pepper per serving
paprika, salt and pepperRecipe
Heat oil and brown onions and potatoes. Add tomatoes, corned beef, salt and pepper and brown thoroughly. Add enough warm water to keep from burning. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cut top off of peppers. Clean out seeds and center. Parboil in salted water till tender but not limp. Drain. Using freshly made or canned corned beef hash, fill peppers almost to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Five minutes before serving, drop raw egg in top of each pepper. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Return to oven till egg has set.
