    SALISBURY STEAK

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    10 1/2oz can condensed onion soup
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

    Recipe



    In bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the soup with the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt AND pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties; brown in large skillet. Drain off fat. In another bowl, gradually blend flour and reserved soup together until smooth. Add the ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; stir. Pour over the browned patties in skillet, loosening browned bits on bottom. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
