Welsh Rarebit Pub Burger
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
6 English muffins, split and toastedRecipe
Shape beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick. Cook patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, Worcestershire and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve on muffins with sauce. Serves 6.
