Apricot Cobble-Up
Heat oven to 400-degrees.
Mix 1 cup bisquick baking mix, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter (softened), and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg to a soft dough. Spread in ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 inches. Pour 1 (17-oz.) can apricots (with syrup) over dough. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm. Top with light cream if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
