Mix ingredients till dough forms; beat 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till golden, 8-10 minutes. Makes 10 biscuits.
*May substitute water for the milk.
Rolled biscuits: After mixing the dough if it's too sticky add enoguh bisquick till you are able to knead without sticking to your fingers. Knead 10 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet as directed. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
