Cherry Skillet Cobbler
Heat 1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling and 1/2 cup orange juice in 8-inch skillet or large saucepan to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Stir 1 cup bisquick baking mix, 1 tablespoon shredded orange peel, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 cup milk to a soft dough. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto boiling cherry mixture. Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes. Serve warm. Top with light cream or sweetened whipped cream if desired. Serves 6.
