    Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups bisquck
    2/3 cups milk or water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg
    topping (below)

    Recipe



    Grease round cake pan. Mix all ingredients except topping. Beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with the topping. Bake at 325 degrees till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

    Topping: Mix- 1/3 cup bisquick, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons cold margarine or butter till crumbly.
