Hot Fudge Pudding
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 1/2 cup biscuit mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts, and 1/2 cup milk. Turn batter into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over 1 (6-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let stand 1-2 minutes until chocolate melts, then stir until blended. Pour over batter in baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes to cool slightly. During baking, the pudding will rise to the top of the dish and sauce will form at the bottom. Invert servings on plates, dip sauce over each. Serve with ice cream. Serves 6-8.
