    IMPOSSIBLE APPLE PIE & STREUSEL TOPPING

    List of Ingredients




    6 cups pared tart apples
    1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoon softened margarine

    Streusel:
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoon margarine

    Recipe



    Use 10 1/2-inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices, dish
    into pie plate. Beat rest of ingredients (not Streusel) until smooth (1 minute). Pour into plate. Mix Streusel with spoon until crumbly. Pour on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes
