Impossible Cheesecake
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into cubes
*Topping*
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x13inch pan. Mix bisquick, vanilla, eggs and sugar in blender. Blend on high for 5 seconds. Add cubed cheese, blend on high for 2 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes or till center is almost firm.
*Topping* Blend all 3 ingredients for the topping till smooth. Spread on top of cheesecake when it's taken out of oven and then bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely. When cold, cut into about 30 squares.
*These squares can also be dipped in melted semi-sweet chocolate and left to cool on wax paper. They taste like Sara Lee cheesecake bites.
