    Impossible Macaroni and Cheese Pie

    List of Ingredients




    (4 servings)
    2 1/4 cups Cheese; cheddar, shredded
    2 1/2 cups Milk
    1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 cup Macaroni; uncooked
    4 Eggs
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 cup Cheese; cheddar, shredded

    Approx. Cook Time:40 minutes

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2". Mix two cups cheddar cheese and macaroni, sprinkle in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake till cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
