Impossible Quesadilla Pie

List of Ingredients




1- 4 1/2 oz. can Green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 Eggs

Recipe



Heat oven to 400 degrees . Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into the pie plate. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
