    Lemon Impossible Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup butter, diced

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in blender and blend 2-3 minutes or mix well with electric beater. Pour into buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard is set. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar baked pie. Place under broiler until slightly browned. Cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
