Orange Coffee Cake
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Grease 9-inch round cake pan.
Orange Topping: In bowl, mix 1/4-cup chopped nuts, 1/2-cup packed brown sugar, 1-teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2-tablespoons soft butter and 1-tablespoon grated orange peel. Set aside.
Cake: Mix 2-cups bisquick baking mix, 3-tablespoons sugar, 2/3-cup orange juice, 1 egg, and 2-tablespoons salad oil; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread in prepared pan; sprinkle with Orange Topping. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
