Pancakes
List of Ingredients
2 cups bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup milkRecipe
Beat ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater till smooth. Pour by 1/4 inch cupfuls onto hot pan. You may grease if necessary. Cook till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Makes about 13 pancakes.
Thinner pancakes: Use 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups milk.
