    Bacon-beer bread

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup flat beer
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup chopped green onions or 1/2 cup white onions
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
    3 1/4 cups bread flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine or regular active dry yeast.

    Put in pan in order given and put on white bread cycle. Makes 1-1 1/2 pound loaf
