Banana Macadamia Nut Bread
List of Ingredients
Moist banana bread for the bread machine. All the flavor less of the work!
2/3 cup warm water
3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 3/4 teaspoons regular active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nutsRecipe
Place ingredient in bread machine in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. Add macadamia nuts when indicated by your manufacturer. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
