Bruce's Honey Sesame Bread

This is a deliciously chewy, sweet, nutty-tasting bread.

1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon dried buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat bran
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 1/2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Recipe



Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic Bread cycle. Makes 1-1 1/2 pound loaf
