    SAUSAGE, HERB, & ONION BREAD

    List of Ingredients




    Yield: 24 ounces
    6 oz Italian sausage
    1 medium Onions; minced
    2 1/4 teaspoon Yeast
    3 cup Bread flour
    3/8 cup Wheat bran
    1 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
    1/2 tablespoon Salt
    1 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan, grated
    3/4 teaspoon Thyme leaves
    3/4 teaspoon Rosemary leaves
    3/4 teaspoon Oregano leaves
    3/4 teaspoon Basil leaves
    1 1/8 cup Water; warm*

    Remove casing from sausage and crumble meat into medium nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring to break up sausage, until it begins to render its juices, about 3 minutes. Add onion and cook until sausage is no longer pink and onion softens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. given by your machine
    Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread pan, in order given by your machine. Select "white bread" and push Start.
    *In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
