    EGGNOG BREAD

    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup dairy eggnog
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    2 teaspoon rum extract
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 1/4 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 5" loaf pan. In large bowl, beat eggs, then add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum & vanilla. Blend well, then stir in by hand flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir only until moistened; batter will be lumpy. Pour into pan; bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes; remove from pan, and finishing cooling completely before slicing.
