    Pineapple Stuffing

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 Cup Butter
    3/4 Cup Sugar
    4 large Eggs
    1 16-oz can Crushed Pineapple, drained
    8-10 slices Bread, cubed (I usually use white, but you could use French or Italian bread. Using a highly-flavored bread will change the flavor of the stuffing.)

    Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well before adding next egg. Add drained pineapple. Fold cubed bread into mixture until all the bread is coated. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

    This may be cooked in the microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes, and finished in the oven until the top is crispy.
