    1 egg, beaten
    1 Cup sour cream
    2 Tablespoon sugar
    1 Tablespoon shortening
    1 1/2 Cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon soda
    salt

    Mix well, cut out with 2 inches biscuit cutters and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
