    Crescent Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages crescent rolls
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg, seperated
    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
    chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Beat cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and sugar till creamy. Spread one package of crescent rolls in bottom of a 9x13 -inch lightly buttered pan. Spread cheese mixture on top. Put second roll of crescents on top of cheese layer. Brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle nuts on top and push them into the top layer gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut. Refrigerate any leftovers.
