Hawaiian Wedding Cake

List of Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups sugar (1cup brown, packed - 1cup white)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well and bake in a 9x13-inch greased and floured pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Ice with cream cheese frosting. Store cake in refrigerator.
