PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE
List of Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. peaches, drained & sliced (or more)
1/2 cup reserved peach juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond extract, optional Recipe
Mix cake mix, water, oil & eggs. Pour into a 9x13 pan, greased & floured. Put cut up peaches on top. (I usually use most of a 28-oz. can.)
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, peach juice & almond extract. Pour over peaches & spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
