Philedelphia 3-step Caramel Pecan Cheese
List of Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) Cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 ounce or 9 inch)
20 caramels
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chopped pecansRecipe
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer till well blended. Add eggs; mix till blended.
2. Melt caramels with milk on low heat, stirring frequently till smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour caramel mixture into crust. Top with cream cheese batter.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or till center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
