CREAMY VANILLA PECANS
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cup or 1 lb. pecan halves
2 teaspoon vanilla Recipe
Combine sugar and sour cream in a microwave-safe 2 to 3 qt. casserole. Blend well. Cook on High (100%) 7 minutes, stirring twice. (Watch carefully because it may try to bubble out of the dish if it's not deep enough.) Add nuts and vanilla and stir until mixture turns creamy. Quickly turn onto baking sheet and spread out to let cool. When hardened, break into pieces and store in airtight container.
