    Foolish Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1 cup chopped nuts, optional
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    Recipe



    Line an 8x8 inch pan with tin foil. Butter the foil; set aside. In heavy saucepan, melt the chips with the milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts if desired and the vanilla. Spread into pan. Chill 2 hours or till firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board sprayed with pam; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

    *For marshmallow fudge; omit nuts. Stir in2 tablespoons of butter with the vanilla. Fold in 2 cups of mini-marshmallows. Proceed as recipe above.

    *For rocky road fudge; add nuts, and proceed with marsmallow option.
