Hershey's Cocoa Mints
List of Ingredients
1 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 cup Sweet Butter, softened
2 teaspoons Peppermint extract
1/2 cup Water
9 cups sifted Confectioners Sugar (2 pounds)Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with hands until well blended.
Add more water, 1/4 teaspoon at a time, if needed to hold mixture together. Shape mixture into a ball; place on wax paper and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Chill several hours. Store in an airtight container in cool, dry place.
