    Pinto Bean Fiesta Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup warm cooked pinto beans
    3/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup cocoa
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 poounds powdered sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mash or sieve beans. Add melted butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in powdered sugar gradually. Add nuts and press mixture into a 9x13 buttered pan. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
