    STRAWBERRY JELLO FUDGE

    List of Ingredients




    3 cup white sugar
    3/4 cup white Karo syrup
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup pecans
    2 egg whites
    1 pkg. strawberry jello(small box)

    Recipe



    Bring sugar, Karo syrup and water to a firm ball stage. Beat egg whites until a stiff peak. Add jello; mix well. Add syrup mixture to egg white mixture. Pour into greased cookie sheet (deep size). Let cool and harden. Cut into 1-inch squares.
