8 (2-ounce) squares vanilla candy coating
2 (3-ounce) packages salted Spanish peanuts
3 cups thin pretzel sticks
Non-Stick Cooking SprayRecipe
Melt candy coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Cool 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts and pretzel sticks. Spread onto wax paper lightly coated with cooking spray. Chill 20 minutes or until firm. Break into pieces. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
