Shortbread Squares
List of Ingredients
1 pound butter, (no subs) softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornstarchRecipe
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Combine flour and cornstarch; gradually add to creamed mixture. Pat into an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Pierce several times with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or till lightly browned. Cut while warm. Yield: about 6 dozen.
