    Cottage Cheese Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 pint cottage cheese
    15 large marshmallows, cut in fourths
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1 small can of pineapple, drained
    15 cherries drained and chopped
    1 small pack coconut
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    paprika (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients except whipping cream. Chill. Fold in whipped cream very gently. Place on crisp lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Serves 6.
